The visit of the delegation of Szent István University to Beijing University of Agriculture and Linyi University / 匈牙利圣伊斯特万大学代表团访问中国农业大学和临沂大学
The delegation of Szent István University (SZIU) visited Republic of China between 20-24th of March, 2019. The delegation was led by László Friedrich, PhD, Habil., the dean of Faculty of Food Science. The members of the delegation were István Egerszegi, Ph.D., Habil., associate professor from Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Professor Nguyen Duc Quang, Ph.D., head of department, from Faculty of Food Science and Professor Zoltán Lakner, Ph.D., head of department, head of doctoral school from Faculty of Food Science.
匈牙利圣伊斯特万大学（SZIU）代表团于2019年3月20日至24日访问了中华人民共和国。代表团由匈牙利圣伊斯特万大学食品科学学院院长László Friedrich博士领导，由匈牙利圣伊斯特万大学农业与环境科学学院副教授István Egerszegi博士，食品科学系主任、教授Nguyen Duc Quang博士和食品科学学院博士生系主任、教授Zoltán Lakner博士组成。
The delegation visited Beijing University of Agriculture (https://school.cucas.edu.cn/China-Agricultural-University-380/). A meeting was established in the Feed Museum of the Beijing University of Agriculture and on this meeting participated Yongxi Ma, the director of the Feed Museum, Zheng Xiaolin, fellow worker of the museum and several researchers from the museum. Bernadette Thomas who is the diplomat of agriculture of the Embassy of Hungary Beijing also honored the meeting by her presence.
代表团访问了中国农业大学(https://school.cucas.edu.cn/China-Agricultural-University-380/)，并在中国农业大学饲料博物馆召开会议，参加此次会议的有饲料博物馆执行馆长马永喜，博物馆同事郑晓林和博物馆的其他几位研究人员。我们也非常荣幸地邀请了作为匈牙利驻华大使馆农业外交官的Bernadette Thomas出席该会议.
During the negotiation the institutes informed each other of their activity, status and discussed the possibilities of collaborations. China expressed their demand scientific and technological collaboration for the animal breeding, especially in the field of pig breeding. During the collations it turned out that Chinese professionals can see three potential fields, where our university could provide help: (1) alteration of animal breeding, (2) improvement of animal health system, development of traceability systems, (3) development of strategical resources that could provide continuous supply for the population. China also interested in adaptation of experiences of Hungarian animal breeding. A possibility of settling an experimental pig farm of Hungarian “mangalica” breed in region of Northern China also arose.
在交流期间，研究所相互告知了他们的相关活动和现状并讨论了关于合作的可能性。中方表达了他们对动物养殖，特别是养猪领域的科技合作需求。会议结果表明，我们的大学可以为中国专家所提及的三个潜在领域提供帮助，它们分别是：（1）改变动物养殖（2）改善动物卫生系统，发展可追溯系统（3）开发可为人口提供持续供应的战略资源。中国也对借鉴改进匈牙利动物养殖经验十分感兴趣，
也有可能在中国北方地区建立匈牙利“mangalica”品种的实验养猪场
After the visit China expressed its willingness of signing the general agreement of academic cooperation. Hungarians and Chinese participants also denote their demand for further profession discussions. The leader of the delegation gave the invitation of the leaders of our university for a professional meeting in Hungary. The optimal appoint is the second half of September in 2019, due to Hungary is organizing its biggest Agricultural Exhibition (OMÉK, https://omek.amc.hu/). The aim of this visit from China is to workout the exact collaboration program and preparation for the meeting of the principal leaders of the two universities. As a part of the collaboration, the initiation of the establishment of a Pig-chain Development Center also came up.
访问结束后，中方表达了与匈牙利签署学术合作总协议的意愿。匈牙利代表团和中国代表团也表示他们需要进一步的专业讨论。中方代表团团长应我校领导的邀请在匈牙利举行专业会议。由于匈牙利正在组织其最大的农业展览会(OMÉK, https://omek.amc.hu/)，所以会议的最佳时间是2019年9月的下半月。对于中国方面，这次会议的目标是制定确切的合作计划和为两个大学的主要领导人会议做准备工作。作为合作的一部分，也开始准备建立猪-产业链发展中心。
In the second part of the Chinese visit, the delegation of SZIU travelled to center of Shandong Region, Linyi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linyi). Guo Jingjun, the assistant of the secretary general of the local government, the secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and other business people invited our delegate for a working lunch. The hosts informed the delegation about their strategical plan for development of the city where10 million citizens are living. They highlighted that the basic concept in the development of Linyi is to evolve a logistical center that has a determining factor at a country level. Mr. Jingjun invited SZIU to China International Trade and Logistic fair held in Linyi in October 2019. Our delegates also visited the University of Linyi. At the university nearly 40000 students are learning, and the university has a significant fund, and has several project financed by the government and economy. Their important goal is the internationalization and more deep participation in research in international level. During the discussions it turned out that University of Linyi is opened to collaborations, and their negotiators are awaiting for the ideas for collaborations and pleased to continue the negotiations in following visitations.
在中国访问的第二部分，匈牙利SZIU代表团前往中国山东省临沂市 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linyi)。临沂市市政府副秘书长、研究室党组书记、主任郭景军和其他商界人士邀请匈牙利的代表共进午餐。会议主持人向代表团提出了他们有1000万公民生活的城市发展的战略计划。中方强调，临沂发展的基本概念是发展一个在国家层面具有决定性因素的物流中心。郭景军先生也邀请SZIU参加2019年10月在临沂举办的中国国际贸易和物流展览会。我们的代表参观了临沂大学。在该大学，近4万名学生正在学习，该大学拥有大量资金，并有多个项目由政府和经济部门资助。他们的重要目标是国际化和更深入地参与国际研究。在讨论过程中，临沂大学非常愿意进行交流与合作，他们的谈判代表正在等待合作的想法，并乐于在以后的访问中继续交流讨论。
In summary the visit reached its original goals resulting in several possible valuable collaborations.
总的来说，访问达到了其最初的目标，产生了几种可能的有价值的合作。
